Job Opportunity - Head Bar Person

An opportunity has arisen for a service orientated, hospitality specialist to join one of the most established private members’ golf clubs in East Lancashire as their new Head Bar person.

Candidates will ideally have a background or knowledge in a high-quality, private members’ club or similar environment and have high levels of self-motivation and initiative. You will have control of the day-to-day running of the Club House, Bar and Function Room.

You will need to be a smart, energetic team leader, have a lively, out-going personality and excellent people skills. We are seeking someone who is committed to providing a welcoming atmosphere for both members and visitors. You will have previous similar experience, good communication skills and an analytical understanding of business.
