PGA Top Trainee 2024

Accrington Golf Club are absolutely delighted that our “Home Grown Talent” Connor Taylor has been named as the number 1 top trainee in the PGA north region.

Working tirelessly throughout his first- year studies which included exams and assignments in golf coaching, sports science and junior development, key industry skills and business, Connor rose to the top!

The PGA will recognise his achievements by presenting him with an award at Huddersfield Golf Club in January which he will attend with our Head Professional Jonny Pollard. This is brilliant for our golf club and Connor and when you see him, a pat on the back is very much deserved!!”
