"After playing a round this week I cannot help but mail you to express how great a condition the course is in, the greens are better than they have been for years and so early in the season.

The fairways are as good as I can ever remember since my first years in the 1990’s and the constant course closures throughout the horrendous winter have not only proven justified but have paid off handsomely as we go into the 2024 golfing season.

Well done to the ground staff and all associated with the work done and decisions taken over this dreadful winter….. it’s always easy to criticize but on this occasion they all deserve a great big thanks."
